San Diego's Largest Christmas Light Display!
People who visit come from the community, surrounding cities and even around the world. Of the over 15,000 visitors to the display each year, there are a number of families who have visited for multiple generations. Parents who once visited as kids now bring their children and create new memories. Won't you join us?
Christmas on Knob Hill began in 1988 and is now one of the largest Christmas light displays in San Diego county! Over the last 30 years the display has grown to over 85,000 lights with a special visit from Santa every year.

For about a week before Christmas, Santa stops by nightly to visit with children who want to share their Christmas Lists. Each year Santa hands out thousands of candy canes to all the kids who visit. Check Santa's schedule below.

Christmas on Knob Hill is powered 100% by solar energy. Living in San Diego County has made energy conservation an important issue. We chose to go solar for the environmental impact and financial savings and it's been a great success. We installed solar panels that not only power the entire Christmas display, but also keep the air conditioning going in the hot San Diego summer! We highly recommend Baker Home Energy if you are considering adding solar. Or, find out how you can install solar power too!
